The Jacksonville Jaguars are facing the Detroit Lions and as much as it would be a huge upset, we should root for the Jags to take down the Lions. This will help the Eagles catch up to Detroit for the No. 1 seed and give us a shot at securing a first-round bye.

Moving on to the NFC playoff picture, we want to see the Green Bay Packers lose to the Chicago Bears. The Eagles would rather see the Minnesota Vikings win the NFC North instead of Green Bay or Detroit. We also want to see the Bears make it to the playoffs as a wild card team over the Packers. So a Cowboys Win would do that... and a loss for the Texans helps the Eagles since we own their fifth-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. We also ideally want to see a non-Texans team, like the Colts, win the AFC South.

Looking at the remaining games, we have the Baltimore Ravens versus the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Kansas City Chiefs versus the Buffalo Bills. As the Eagles will be facing both the Ravens and the Steelers in the coming weeks, we should root for the Steelers to win this game. This will give us a better chance of beating them and help our strength of victory tiebreaker. As for the Chiefs and Bills, we don't want to see Patrick Mahomes easily secure the No. 1 seed in the AFC, so let's root for the Bills.
